3 ways:

Click on My Account
Click on My Profile
Scroll down to My Referral Link
Copy and send to those you sponsor

Click on Affiliate Center
Click on My Referral Link
It will copy your link to send to those you sponsor
3) From the Dashboard/Home
Click on the 2 lines at the top left of the page (top middle on phone)
Click on My Affiliate Center
Click on My Referral Link
It will copy your link to send to those you sponsor
