# Error Message Not Listed

If you encounter an Error Message that is not found in the Troubleshooting & Errors section, please attempt to **Activate** your Bot within the Bot Settings.

If the Error Message continues, **Submit** a Support Ticket via *Chat* **or** *Email* from the HELP on the EazyBot Dashboard. Please email support@eazybot.com for further assistance.
