What If I Have To Reset My EazyBot Google Authenticator 2FA?
If you've lost your phone, broken your phone, phone was stolen or you've bought a new phone without exporting your 2FA accounts, and didn't save the 2FA Key when you connected the 2FA (VERY Important - securely save your 2FA Key at set up), then follow the instructions below:
Please send an email directly to support@eazybot.com from the EazyBot Registered Email. Please provide your EazyBot Registered Email address and User ID# in the email.
Please also send a screenshot of your Login Page and Exchange USDT/USD/BUSD/USDC balance to validate ownership of the EazyBot account and for security purposes.
