What do I do if I have a Red X In-Active Bot?

From the Dashboard/Home page:


Either


Click on Bots at the top middle (on web browser only)


Or


Click on the 2 lines at the top left of the page (top middle on phone)


Click on My Bots


Click on the coin with the red X


If there is an error message, take a screenshot and send in a support ticket to
support@eazybot.com


If there are no error messages, click on Settings Gear at the top right next to Profit/Loss


Click on Status drop down menu


Select Active


Click Save (if pop up "Balance exceed to the limit, Are you sure you want to continue?") comes up, click OK


It will bring you back to the Bots page and the bot will have a green check
